Applications On Public Notification
The process of public notification allows adjoining or nearby property owners, and others, the opportunity to look at a proposed development, consider the likely impacts the proposal may have on them and provide comment (either positive or negative) about the proposal prior to a decision being made.

Schedule 10 Development Application

Address: 58-76 Franklin Street, 16-40 Young Street, ADELAIDE
Description: Demolish existing building fronting Franklin Street, construct further 5 levels to existing Young Street car park, reclad facade and upgrade existing retail tenancies, construct 16 level residential building and 19 level office building with associated car parking.
As this application has a total development cost exceeding $10 million, the relevant authority to determine the application is the Development Assessment Commission as set out in Schedule 10 4B of the Development Regulations, 2008.
The plans will be placed on public display in the Adelaide City Council Customer Service Centre for the public notification period Wednesday, 7 July 2010 – Thursday, 22 July 2010. You can also view the plans during normal business hours at the office of the Development Assessment Commission, Level 5, Roma Mitchell House, 136 North Terrace, Adelaide (opposite Adelaide Railway Station).
