Adelaide City Council will be reviewing its electoral representation structure during the coming twelve months. Maintenance of an effective electoral representation structure requires accurate information regarding property owners and occupiers within the Adelaide City Council area.

Please note that registering your details does not constitute a right to vote, and completion of an application for enrolment may be required in some circumstances. Enrolment Forms are available at the bottom of this page for download and completion; all applications can be forwarded to:

Enrolment Forms

There are three enrolment forms, but you should complete only one:

● Application for Electoral Enrolment Form (Electoral Office) - If you are a resident and Australian citizen, to enrol for State, Federal and Local Government Elections.
● Resident Application Form (PDF, 53Kb) - If you are a resident but are not an Australian citizen.
● Owner/Occupier Application Form (PDF, 54Kb)
● Group Owner/Occupier Application Form (PDF, 55Kb)

If you have recently purchased premises in the city and you have not yet received a rate notice, or if you occupy premises in the City and the rates are paid by your landlord or property manager you may need to enrol to vote.
