The information package that will be presented is made up of the following components: - The Zone and Policy Area statements extracted directly from the Adelaide City Development Plan - A range of Development Information Guides that are relevant to the Development Type you select

Important Notes

The system will not identify whether or not the property you have selected is a State or Local Heritage Place. You may want to refer to the complete listing of Local Heritage Places.

State Planning Review

With the implementation of Planning Reforms recently announced by the State Government, there will be changes to the way development applications are processed within the City's Residential Zones (excluding the North Adelaide Heritage (Conservation) Zone, Local Heritage Places and State Heritage Places).
The pre-lodgement system will be updated shortly to reflect these changes. For further information refer to Planning SA.
