Development Assessment Panel

The Panel represents a key decision making body and members play a crucial part in shaping the form and quality of development within the city.

Development Assessment Panel meetings are generally held fortnightly on Monday evenings, commencing at 5.30pm in the Colonel Light Room.

● Agenda, Reports and Attachments for the Development Assessment Panel are posted online on the Thursday prior to the scheduled Monday meeting (see below for a link).
● Draft Minutes are posted on the Friday before the meeting.

The Panel is currently made up of 4 Councillors and 5 Independent Members:
