Construction Industry Training Levy Form

The Adelaide City Council will cease being a collection agent for the CITB levy from 30 June 2012. The levy is payable on all building or construction work (including maintenance) with a value over $15,000 and is put towards industry training. Link opens the Board's online payment form; printed forms are available (in person) from Council's Customer Service Centre, or CITB offices (5 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA).
