Staff Surveys

ACC conducts an annual staff survey in order to measure distinct aspects of its climate and culture. ACC's current staff survey has been built upon four categories: Meaningful Work, People Policies & Initiatives, Leadership and Culture.

The last category is of particular importance, as it measures the success of integrating ACC's Vision and Values into employees' day-to-day activities and behaviours.
