Segmentation Studies
In order to identify changes in the behaviour, perceptions and intentions of residents, businesses and others who currently do and do not use the City, Segmentation studies have been conducted regularly since 2003. These reports provide a comprehensive analysis of the results achieved and identify any changes that have occurred over the course of the Studies.

LAND USE & EMPLOYMENT SURVEY REPORTS
