Event Bookings
Adelaide's Park Lands are the perfect location for a variety of events and functions, from intimate weddings, barbecues and corporate functions to festivals, concerts and carnivals.
If you wish to hold an event in the Adelaide Park Lands, please ensure you read the Park Lands events conditions of hire (PDF, 265Kb).
Please submit your event application via the Park Lands events online booking system or via a completed Park Lands events booking application form.
Alternatively, we also offer indoor venue hires for corporate functions or private events at the elegant and affordable Town Hall and North Adelaide Golf Course function rooms.

Fees
The fee structure for events is designed to make the application process streamlined, affordable and efficient. Fees are based on a sliding scale of expected attendance per event day, regardless of space used or infrastructure required. Fees for an event is the same across all Parks.

Additional Information and Fees
A minimum $20 Million Public Liability Insurance must be obtained and a certificate of Currency must be provided prior to the event. A site bond may also be required; the bond amount will be stipulated by Event Management and must be received prior to set up of your event.
The cost for operational services undertaken by Adelaide City Council is additional to Park Land fees. These operational services will be quoted prior to the event.
Additional costs will also apply for road closures and works, flags, banners, catering and temporary parking controls. Advertising costs for Public Consultation will be provided on application; Public Consultation fees are applied to specific usage of Park Lands and are over and above the event fees.
Site remediation charges are additional to your Park Land fees and will be evaluated after the event.

Barbecue
During total fire ban days, the Adelaide City Council recommends the use of the supplied electrical barbecues or portable gas barbecues, as naked flames are not permitted. On other days, all other barbecues (including portable) are acceptable.
